Hanna Hampton is a 25-year-old seeking to share her journey of growth, physical & mental health, as well as personal and professional development. Since graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Pre-Law she has had the opportunity to work with stellar attorneys at a law firm in San Antonio, a Texas State Representative, and currently has transitioned over to work in recruiting.

Before graduating with a degree in economics she was a physiology pre-med major, although she changed her major three years in, a focus on health and fitness has been something that stuck with her. She has strived to implement a healthier lifestyle through physical fitness and focusing on mental health with hopes to encourage others in her life to make it a priority as well.

In the summer of 2022, Hanna received a Digital Marketing Certification from the University of Texas and is pursuing other avenues of interest to continue pursuing her dreams!

Hanna currently resides in San Antonio, Texas where she has two sweet pups, Henry and Remo. She spends her free time working out, writing, and spending time with her family and friends. Hanna is passionate about education, overall health, mental well-being, and experiencing new things!
